AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF P1,000.00 ALLOTTED FOR MDC’S SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE WAGES OF DRAFTSMEN WORKING FOR THE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING PROGRAM OF THE MUNICIPALITY.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the Amount of P1,000.00 allotted for MDC’s supplies and materials be riverted for the wages of hired draftsmen working for the Town Planning and Zoning Program of the municipality.

SECTION 2: That the supplies to be used for the MDC’s office are included in the supplies for the Town Planning and Zoning Program of the municipality.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
