AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 75, SERIES OF 1983.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That Section 3 of the Municipal Ordinance No. 75, series of 1983, is hereby amended by this ordinance.

SECTION 2: That the rate of fees at Punta Cruz Historical Watch Tower Development Park is amended in the following manner.

A. For Kiosks

1. staring amount of bidding is P500.00, reduced to P300.00
2. monthly rental of building is P50.00, reduced to P30.00

SECTION 3: That the foregoing provisions repeal Section 3 of Municipal Ordinance No. 75, series of 1983.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
