AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P600.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRICAL MATERIALS AND COST OF LABOR FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL WIRINGS AND OUTLETS IN THE TWO KIOSKS AT PUNTA CRUZ DEVELOPMENT PARK.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the occupants of the kiosks at Punta Cruz Development Park requested for additional outlets for their own convenience and use.

SECTION 2: That an amount of P600.00 is hereby appropriated out of the proceeds of the bidding of the two kiosks for the purchase of additional electrical materials and cost of labor in the two kiosks at Punta Cruz Development Park.

SECTION 3: That this appropriation ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
