AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 OF THE MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 80, SERIES OF 1983.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That Section 8 of Municipal Ordinance No. 80, series of 1983 is hereby amended by the Municipal Ordinance No. 95, series of 1983.

SECTION 2: That the effectivity of the implementation of Municipal Ordinance No. 80, series of 1983 is retroactive in the month of January, 1983.

SECTION 3: That the foregoing provisions of this ordinance takes effect as started of the date of effectivity.

After due deliberation.
