AN ORDINANCE FIXING A 60% SHARE FOR THE MUNICIPALITY AND 40% FOR THE CARETAKERS AT THE PUNTA CRUZ HISTORICAL WATCH TOWER DEVELOPMENT AND PARKS.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the sharing system at the Punta Cruz Historical Watch Tower Development and Park will be fixed at 60% for the Municipality of Maribojoc and 40% for the caretakers.

SECTION 2: That the caretakers be it in group or individual provided however that they are willing to accept the term and condition of this ordinance.

SECTION 3: That the caretakers will be responsible in collecting the entrance fees of individuals and other impositions provided in a Municipal Ordinane enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 4: That the caretakers shall also maintain the cleanliness of the vicinity and the comfort rooms.

SECTION 5: That this ordinance takes effect within the month of July, 1983
