AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF PUNSOD BARANGAY COUNCIL, PUNSOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

Sec. 1 – The Barangay Council of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol was presented a copy of its Barangay ordinance to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.

Sec. 2 – The Sangguniang Bayan through the Committee on Resolutions and Ordinance has carefully studied the Barangay ordinance and presented it to the august body for deliberation.

Sec 3 – That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful and thorough ordinance deliberation has found out that the Barangay ordinance is within the scope of power of the Barangay.

Sec. 4- That the Sangguniang Bayan hereby approves the Barangay ordinance of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol entitled:

“AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE CAROLLERS TO CAROL AFTER MIDNIGHT EXCEPT CHRISTMAS EVE AND NEW YEAR EVE”.

Let copies be furnished, the Punsod Baranagy Council, Punsod , Maribojoc, Bohol for their information, guidance and implementation.
