AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCES NO. 13, 14, 17, SERIES OF 1992 OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF ANISLAG, MARIBOJOC,BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- The Sangguniang Pambarangay of Anislag, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted baranagy Ordinances, to wit;

a.) Barangay Ordinance No. 13-92: An ordinance prohibiting any person or group of persons to pasture animals, such as cows, goats and carabaos infront of the Central Elementary School ground in Anislag, Maribojoc, Bohol and the penalty imposed is fifty pesos (P50.00)

b.) Barangay Ordinance No. 14-92: An ordinance prohibiting the cutting of coconut palm without the permission of the owner and the penalty is ten pesos (P10.00) for every palm.

c.) Barangay Ordinance No. 17-92: An ordinance imposing tax fee to a chainsaw operator who operates within the jurisdiction of Barangay Anislag, Maribojoc, Bohol at P2.00 per coconut tree and P5.00 per other tree.

Sec.2- The Sangguniang Bayan after a thorough study and careful deliberation has found out that this ordinances are within the scope and power of the barangay.

Sec.3- The Sangguniang Bayan hereby approves the afforecieted ordinances of Barangay Anislag, Maribojoc, Bohol.

Sec.4- This ordinance take effect upon approval.
