ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P10,000.00 FOR THE ADDITIONAL COST OF LIVING ALLOWANCE FOR CASUAL EMPLOYEES AND A REGULAR EMPLOYEE OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND IN CY 1984 TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO.I, CY 1985.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- That the amount of P10,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the additional cost of living allowance foe casual employee and a regular employee out of the surplus of the Infrastructure Fund in CY 1984 with the following items:

1.) Municipal Maintenance Workers P 4,700.00

2.) Municipal Assessor’s Office            P 5,300.00
                                                                             _________
                                                                Total P10,000.00

Sec.2- That Maintenance casual employee will receive an additional COLA in the amount of P3.33 per day retroactive in the month of January, 1985.

Sec.3- That the casual employees of the Municipal Assessor’s Office will receive a COLA in the amount of P6.66 per day retroactive in the month of January, 1985.

Sec.4- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer for their appropriate action.
