ORDINANCE PROVIDING SPACE FOR THE MPDC OFFICE IN THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE MUNICIPAL HALL AND APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P3,000.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF STEEL FILING CABINET FOR THE USE OF THE SAID OFFICE OUT OF THE SURPLUS AMOUNT OF THE GENERAL FUND TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO.2, CY 1985.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1-the MPDC and his staff shall be provided with office space in the first floor of the Municipal Hall.

Sec.2- That the amount of P3,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of steel filing cabinet for the use of the said office out of the surplus amount of the General Fund to be reflected in the Supplemental Budget No.2, CY 1985.

Sec.3- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
