ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P1,500.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF NIPA SHINGLES AND THE COST OF LABOR FOR THE REPAIR OF THE TWO KIOSKS AT PUNTA CRUZ TOURISM PROJECT OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, CY 1985.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- That the amount of P1,500.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of nipa shingles and the cost of labor for the repair of the two kiosks at Punta Cruz Tourism project out of the surplus of the Infrastructure Fund, CY 1985.

Sec.2- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and Municipal Treasurer for appropriate action.
