ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (P700.00) FOR THE COST OF LIVING ALLOWANCE (COLA) OF THE TWO ADDITIONAL SB MEMBERS RETROACTIVE FROM JUNE TO DECEMBER, 1985 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- That the amount of P700.00 is hereby appropriated for the Cost of Living Allowances (COLA) of the two additional SB Members retroactive from June to December, 1985 out of the General Fund.

Sec.2- That SB Members Pedro Madaje Sr. and Florencio Gentallan shall receive P50.00 monthly COLA retroactive from June to December, 1985.

Sec.3- That this appropriation shall be reflected in the supplemental budget for CY 1985.

Sec.4- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
