ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P63,352.36 FROM THE SPECIFIC TAX AND ADDITIONAL AID FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET ON INFRASTRUCTURE FUND FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1979

The Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol hereby ordains, that:

Section 1- The amount of SIXTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO PESOS AND THIRTY SIX CENTAVOS (P63,352.36) id hereby appropriated from the Specific Tax and National Aid for the Salary increase of MDC, other infrastructure projects and operational expenditures of the Municipal Government.

Section 2- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.

RESOLVED, that the foregoing Municipal Ordinance No.19, series of 1979 be and hereby is approved, furnishing copies,

THEREFORE, the Provincial Treasurer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their information and appropriate action.
