AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE TO NUMBER ALL BUILDINGS OF WHATEVER TYPES, CLASSIFICATION AND USES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL WITH AN OFFICIAL HOUSE PLATE NUMBER PER BARANGAY AND APPROPRIATING FUND FOR PURPOSE.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- In Sec. 3 of Municipal Ordinance No. 507-92 provides a registration fee of P2.00 per house plate installed in every house within the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

Sec.2- The Sangguniang Bayan after hearing the explaination of the amendment of Sec. 4 of Municipal Ordinance No. 487, series of 1992 has decided to restore the P5.00 registration fee as provided in the Municipal Ordinance No. 487-92.

Sec.3- There shall be collected an amount of P5.00 as registration fee per house plate number installed in every house within the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

Sec.4 Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
