ORDINANCE DESIGNATING STA.CRUZ STREET FROM TWO SISTERS’ STORE TO PEDRO CHIU’S RESIDENCE AS A PARKING AREA FOR ALL PASSENGER BUSES, CAR, FIERAS, JEEPNEYS AND THE LIKE AND MINIMAL PARKING FEE BE COLLECTED

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Section 1- The Municipal Sangguniang Bayan designates a part of Santa Cruz Street starting near the corner of Two Sisters’ Store to Pedro Chiu’s Residence as a parking area for all passenger buses, fieras, cars, jeepneys and the like.

Section 2- It is unlawful for any bus operator or driver of any passenger bus to park his car or bus outside the designated area of Santa Cruz Street.

Section 3- A parking Fee of Fifty Centavos (P0.50) be collected from the bus operator or driver who park his car or his every time he moves away from the designated parking place to his destination.

Section 4- For any violation of this ordinance, a fine of not less than P30.00 but not more than P50.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 3 days but not more than 5 days or both at the discretion of the court shall be imposed.

Section 5- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

After due deliberation and consideration,

RESOLVE, that the foregoing Municipal Ordinance No.19, series of 1979 be and hereby id approved.

Let copies of this ordinance be furnished all authorities concerned for their information and approval.
