AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P6,500.00) FOR THE EXPENDITURES IN CONNECTION WITH THE NATIONAL IMMUNIZATION DAY.

WHEREAS, it is of paramount important that strict compliance of the Presidential Proclamation declaring April 21, and May 19, 1993 as National Immunization Day (NID) Nationwide shall be acted upon;

WHEREAS, in order to effectively implement the program, the Committee on Ways & Means and the Committee on Health & Sanitation had conducted a Committee hearing to make a thorough study on the proposed budget for the NID program;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- The amount of SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P6,500.00) is appropriated to be taken out of the countryside development fund for the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

Sec.2- The above-mentioned amount is budgeted as follows:

4 rolls cotton P 76.00
1 liter Alcohol – 500 ml. P 232.00
1-pc. Record Book P 50.00
5-pc. Ballpen P 15.00
1000-pcs. Syringes w/ needles P5,600.00
9-liters Gasoline for Police Jeep P 99.00
Cost of Streamers and Billboards P 428.00

Total P6,500.00

Sec.3- The foregoing amount is necessary in order to achieve the projected National Immunization Day Program in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

Sec.4- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
