AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS TO ACCREDIT AS A PREREQUISITE TO QUALIFY AS BIDDERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, PROVINCE OF BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol,that;

Sec.1- all suppliers who are interested to bid in the projects of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol are required to have their firm name accredited with the Local Government of the Municipality;

Sec.2- Suppliers shall be allowed to bid only on materials which are necessarily connected with the business he is known as registered in the approved accreditation form;

Sec.3- Suppliers are required to pay the sum of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500) annually to the Local Government of Maribojoc as a requisite for accreditation aside from the requirements imposed by Special Laws;

Sec.4- Applicants for accreditation may register their form any time of the year provided that the same shall be done not less than ten days (10) before the building to be participated in;

Sec.5- Approved applications for accreditations shall be effective only up to the last day of the same year.

Sec.6- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
