ORDINANCE FIXING FOR THREE (3) SB REGULAR SESSIONS PER MONTH AT THE RATE OF P200.00 PER SESSION ACTUALLY ATTENDED PER CIRCULAR NO.29 AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P15,840.00 FOR THE ADDITIONAL PER DIEMS OF THE SB MEMBERS FROM MAY TO DECEMBER, 1988 OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1987 AND TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET CY 1988.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Sec.1- That the amount of P15,840.00 is hereby appropriated for the additional per diems of the SB Members from May to December, 1988 out of the surplus of the General Fund, CY 1987 and to be reflected in the Supplemental Budget, CY, 1988.

Sec.2- That per provision of Circular No.29 of the JSLPA, the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol is authorized to hold three (3) regular sessions per month at the rate of P200.00 per session actually attended by said member.

Sec.3- That this ordinance shall take effect on May, 1988 to December, 1988 and the year hereafter.
