AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO.27-93 INTO AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATION AN AMOUNT OF P10,901.00 FOR THE EXPENDITURES IN CONNECTION WITH THE NATIONAL IMMUNIZATION DAY.

WHEREAS, it is a paramount importance that strict compliance of the Presidential Proclamation declaring April 21 and May 19, 1993 as National Immunization Day (NID) Nationwide shall be acted upon;

WHEREAS, in order to effectively implement the program, the Committee on Ways and Means and the Committee on Health and Sanitation had conducted a Committee hearing to make a thorough study on the proposed budget for the NID program;

NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipalilty of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- The appropriation amount of P6,500.00 is hereby amended into an amount of P10,901.00 out of Countrywide Development Fund for the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
Sec.2- The above mentioned amount is budgeted as follows:

4 rolls cotton P 76.00
2 liters Alcohol – 500ml P 232.00
2,000 syringes w/ needles (P3.75) P 7,500.00
Transportation Expense P 550.00
Record Book P 100.00
5 pcs. Ballpens P 15.00
Streamers/Billboards P 428.00
Honoraria for volunteer workers for NID P 2,000.00

Total P10,901.00
Sec.3- The foregoing amount is necessary in order to achieve the projected National Immunization Day Program in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

Sec.4- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
