ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P2,300.00 FOR THE ADDITIONAL ALLOTMENT OF THE REPRESENTATION ALLOWANCES OF THREE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS OF MARIBOJOC OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1988.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- That the amount of P2,300.00 is hereby appropriated for the additional allotment of the representation allowances of Three Municipal Officials of Maribojoc out of the Unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1988.

Sec.2- That the following officials will be given additional representation allowances.

1. Municipal Mayor P 300.00 to P472.00
2. Municipal Treasurer P 125.00 to P300.00
3. Municipal Secretary P 125.00 to P250.00

Sec.3- That the additional amount of P2,300.00 for the representation allowances will be allotted from the month of August to December, 1988.

Sec.4- That this ordinance takes effect for the month of August up to December, 1988.

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer, Maribojoc, Bohol and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for guidance and implementation.
