AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING P10,000.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A HEAVY DUTY WEIGHING SCALE OUT OF THE 8% LEGAL TRANSFER.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguiang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Section 1 – The amount of P10,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of a heavy duty weighing scale out of the 8% legal transfer in the general fund.

Section 2 – That this heavy duty weighing scale will be used in the main ticket booth of the public market.

Section 3 – This ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Section 4 – August 5, 1982

After due deliberation,

LET copies be furnished, the Municipal Treasurer and those concerned for their appropriate action.
