AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE 20% IRA FUND, CY 1993 IN THE AMOUNT OF P766,727.00 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS APPROVED BY THE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL.

WHEREAS, the Office of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator has presented before the members of the Local Development Council the plans and program of the municipality for CY 1993;

WHEREAS, for the first time, the plans and programs of the three devolved agencies namely;

the Department of Health
Department of Agriculture
Department of Social Welfare and Development
Are included in the 20% IRA Fund budget:

WHEREAS, the different projects to be included in the plans and programs for the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol are developmental projects and could help uplift the Infrastructure projects of the municipality as well as the economic condition and health care program of the town;

WHEREFORE, in their session duly assembled, Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol;

Sec. 1- The amount of P766,727.00 is hereby appropriated out of the 20% IRA Fund, CY 1993.
