AN ORDINANCE REVISING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 533, SERIES OF 1992, SCHEDULING OF HIRING RATES OF SKILLED AND UNSKILLED WORKERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION: 2. The following skilled and unskilled workers shall be given a
maximum fix rate of wages in this schedule, to wit:

1. Carpenter 1st class – P120.00/day
2. Carpenter Helper 2nd class – P100.00/day
3. Mason 1st class – P120.00/day
4. Mason Helper 2nd class – P100.00/day
5. Skilled Worker 2nd class – P 75.00/day
6. Ordinary Laborer 2nd class – P 65.00/day
7. Painter 1st class – P110.00/day
8. Painter Helper 2nd class – P 90.00/day
9. Electrician/Welder 2nd class – P100.00/day
10. Draftsman 2nd class – P100.00/day
11. Plumber 2nd class – P100.00/day
12. Mechanic 2nd class – P100.00/day
13. Driver 2nd class – P 75.00/day

SECTION: 3. All casual employees shall receive sixty five pesos per day of
service.

SECTION: 4. That this ordinance take effect upon approval.
