AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P4,000.00 OUT OF THE CONTINUING APPROPRIATION, C.Y. 1994 FOR MEAL AND SNACKS OF THE 50 MEMBERS OF THE “BALIK BOHOL MEDICAL MISSION ‘94” ON JULY 14, 1994 AT THE DISTRICT HOSPITAL, LOON, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION: 1. The amount of P4,000.00 is hereby appropriated out of the continuing
appropriation, C.Y. 1994 for meal ans snacks of the 50 members of the Balik Bohol Medical Mission ’94’ on July 14, 1994 at the District Hospital, Loon, Bohol.

SECTION: 2. The amount of P4,000.00 will be used to pay for the meal and
snacks of the 50 members of the “Balik Bohol Medical Mission ‘94” on July 14, 1994 who will be treating and dispensing medicines for Maribojoc patients during the Consultation Day at the Loon District Hospital, Loon, Bohol.

SECTION: 3. The P4,000.00 cover the expenses for one meal and two (2) snacks
for the doctors, nurses, attendants and other members of the Medical Mission ’94 who will be serving the Maribojoc patients on July 14, 1994 at Loon District Hospital.

SECTION: 4. The Medical Mission ’94 is held in Loon District Hospital, Loon,
Bohol because it is the official district hospital of the 1st District of Bohol and the Municipality of Maribojoc is a member of the Loon catchment area;

SECTION: 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
