AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF P7,000.00 OUT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE ALLOTMENT OF P120,000.00, C.Y. 1994 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE UNIT REFRIGERATOR FOR THE USE OF D.A. OFFICE, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION: 1. The amount of P7,000.00 is hereby reverted out of the D.A. allotment
of P120,000.00, C.Y. 1994 for the purchase of one unit refrigerator for the use of D.A. Office, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION: 2. This Ordinance shall takes effect on July 11, 1994.
