AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (P750.00) TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE PNP PEACE AND ORDER FUNDS FROM 20% IRA ALLOTMENTS FOR THE COST OF ID PRINTING FOR THE COMMUNITY SERVICE UNITS OR BARANGAY TANODS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, it is responsibility of the Local Government Unit to provide financial assistance to the community service units or barangay tanods in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, as incorporated under Art. 99, (i), (XIII) of the rules and regulations implementing the Local Government Code of 1991;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Province of Bohol, that:

SECTION: 1. The amount of Seven Hundred fifty Pesos only (P750.00) is hereby
appropriated to defray the cost of ID printings for the Barangay Tanod members within the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION: 2. The Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol is hereby required to
assist the community service unit members to lessen or reduce the financial burden of the tanod brigades.

SECTION: 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
