APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P230,000.00) FOR COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT (CNA) INCENTIVE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES FROM THE SAVING GENERATED OUT OF THE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT/COST CUTTING MEASURES UNDERTAKEN BY THE MANAGEMENT AND UNION OF C.Y. 2004 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (P230,000.00) from the savings generated out of the System Management/Cost Cutting Measures undertaken by the Management and UNION of C.Y. 2004.

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (P230,000.00) is hereby appropriated for Collective Negotiation Agreement ( C N A ) Incentive of the Municipal Officials and Employees.

SECTION 3. Every official and Employee shall receive an amount of P5,000.00 as Collective Negotiation Agreement ( C N A ) Incentive.

SECTION 4. Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan members and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 5. Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
