RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING OFFICE TO IMPLEMENT CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE FORMER ABC HALL INTO PNP-MARIBOJOC AND LGU GENERAL SERVICES OFFICES..

WHEREAS, with the increasing concerns of a Local Government Unit, like LGU Maribooc, new offices are created that scarcity of office space is felt;

WHEREAS, its been the desire of the LGU-Maribojoc to provide the PNP-Maribojoc a better place where office functions and operations are delivered and performed better;

WHEREAS, the General Services Office, a very functional office for the entire operation of the Maribojoc Local Government Unit needs adequate space for its personnel and office equipment for effective delivery of services;

WHEREAS, the SB sees the needs and share the desire of LGU-Maribojoc to provide office space to the PNP and GSO offices;

WHEREAS, the usual functions and activities of the ABC could be held in some other places other than the ABC Hall, with actively objected attained;

WHEREAS, regular ABC meeting are held at the ABC Hall;

WHEREAS, a move has been initiated by the Executive Branch of the LGU to use the ABC Hall for PNP and GSO Office;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To authorize the Municipal Mayor through the Municipal Engineering Office to implement construction works for the conversion of the former ABC Hall into PNP-Maribojoc and LGU General Services Offices.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, to the Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr. Municipal Mayor, Engr. Raul Bernard A. Jabines, Municipal Engineer, SPO III Jose V. Arocha, OIC-Chief of Police, Engr. Nestoria R. Flores, GSO-Designate and Hon. Pedro C. Madaje, Sr., ABC-President, all of Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information..
