DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 12-2007 OF CABAWAN, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01-2007 OF POBLACION, ALL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No. 12-2007 of Cabawan, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Poblacion, all of Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approvel;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinance of Barangays Cabawan and Poblacion, all of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committee, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 12-2007 of Cabawan, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Poblacion, all of Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R.A. 7160”.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Cabawan and Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
