INDORSING THE APPROVED LISTED BRIDGES FROM THE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

WHEREAS, the Provincial Government of Bohol thru Gov. Erico B. Aumentado has requested the Municipal Development Council thru the office of the Mayor of Maribojoc, Bohol the list of bridges to be repaired and renovated under the President’s Bridges program;

WHEREAS, the Municipal Development Council of Maribojoc, Bohol has approved the following bridges to be included for funding under the President’s Bridges Program, to wit:

1. Agahay Bridge – Agahay, Maribojoc, Bohol
2. Taytay Bridge – Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol
3. Batuan Bridge – Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol
4. Sto. Rosario Bridge – Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol
5. Sombria Bridge – San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol
6. Bolocboloc-Kayaman Bridge – Jandig, Maribojoc, Bohol

WHEREAS, the above mentioned bridges are dilapidating and it need immediate repair for the safety of the public especially the vehicles traversing these bridges;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To indorse the approved listed bridges from the Municipal Development Council in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;”

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished, Gov. Erico B. Aumentado, Province of Bohol and the office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines for their guidance and funding for these bridges;

Unanimously approved.
