AUTHORIZING MAYOR GABINO C. REDULLA TO SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE NATIONAL STATISTIC OFFICE ON THE USE OF THE CIVIL REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM (CRIS) INSTALLED IN THE COMPUTER AT THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL REGISTRAR’S OFFICE, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Aual Budgets, C.Y. 2002 of Jandig, Anislag, Guiwanon, Lagtangon and SK Budgets, C.Y. 2002 of andig Busao and Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has studied carefully the aforecited budgets of the above mentioned barangays;

WHEREAS, the disbursement of funds shall follow strictly the guidelines issued by the Department of Budget and Management;

WHEREFORE be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To declare the Barangay Annual Budgets, C.Y. 2002 of Jandig, Anislag, Guiwanon, Lagtangon and SK Budgets, C.Y. 2002 of Jandig, Busao and Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid pursuant to R.A. 7160;”

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Councils of Jandig, Anislag, Guiwanon, Lagtangon, Busao and Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and implementation;

Unanimously adopted.
