WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Annual Budget, C.Y. 2002 of Barangay Cabawan, SK Budgets, C.Y. 2002 of Barangay Bood, Toril and San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan through the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has studied carefully the Annual Budget c.Y. 2002 of Cabawan, SK Budgets, C.Y. 2002 of Bood, Toril and San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, the guidelines issued by the Department of Budget and Management shall be strictly followed by the Disbursing Officer;

WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the Committee on Appropriation and Finance, the Sangguniang Bayan has approved the aforecited budget of Barangay Cabawan and the SK Budgets of Bood, Toril and San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2002;

WHEREFORE be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To declare the Annual Budget of Barangay Cabawan, C.Y. 2002, SK Budgets of Bood, Toril and San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2002 as valid pursuant to R.A. 7160.;”

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Councils of Cabawan, Bood, Toril and San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and implementation.

Unanimously adopted.
