WHEREAS, the “Operation Tuli 2002” was conducted by the Operating Room Nurses Association of the Philippines as their outreach program in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, the “Operation Tuli 2002” was conducted on April 28, 2002 at the Maribojoc Cultural Center, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, the activity was managed by more than twenty doctors and nurses from Cebu City and the “Operation Tuli” incurred an expenses for meals, snacks and other miscellaneous expenses relative to the project;

WHEREAS, Vice Gov. Julius Caesar Herrera has donated an amount for the expenses of the “Operation Tuli 2002” in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, the “Operation Tuli” has circumcised of more than 200 boys in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREFORE be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To authorize the Municipal Treasurer to disburse the amount of P ____ for the expenses of the “Operation Tuli 2002” out of the fund assistance of Vice Governor Julius Caesar Herrera;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished, the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for her appropriate action.
