REQUESTING HON. EPHRAIM C. GENUINO, CHAIRMAN AND PRESIDENT, PHILIPPINE AMUSEMENT AND GAMING CORPORATION (PAGCOR) TO PROVIDE ONE UNIT PATROL CAR FOR USE OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Maribojoc is need of a Patrol Car for use of the Philippine National Police in their campaign against criminalities in the different barangays of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, the municipality is threaten by insurgency problem as well as the illegal drugs and gambling activities;

WHEREAS, the availability of a patrol car can be a great asset and help to fight criminalities in the different barangays;

WHEREAS, the Philippine National Police of Maribojoc Police Station is in dire need of a new patrol car for this purpose;

WHEREAS, the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol is willing to shoulder all the expenses of gasoline, oil and the maintenance of the patrol car in its efforts to curve criminalities and the maintenance of peace and order of the town;

WHEREFORE be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To request Hon. Ephraim C. Genuino, Chairman and President Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, (PAGCOR), PAGCOR House, 1330 Roxas Boulevard, Ermita, Manila, to provide one unit Patrol Car for use of the Philippine National Police in the Municipality of Maribojoc;”

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished, Hon. Ephraim C. Genuino, Chairman and President, Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), PAGCOR House, 1330 Roxas Boulevard, Ermita, Manila for his kind approval of this request.
