RESOLUTION APPROVING A THREE (3) DAY COCKFIGHTING ACTIVITIES SPONSORED BY THE MARIBOJOC COCKERS CIRCLE MANAGEMENT ON MAY 2,3, AND 5, 2008, HACKFIGHT AND A THREE COCK DERBY AT THE MARIBOJOC COCKER’S CIRCLE COCKPIT, SAN VICENTE, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Maribojoc Cockers Association will sponsor a three (3) day cockfighting activities on May 2,3, and 5, 2008 at the Maribojoc Cocker’s Circle Cockpit, San Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, the Maribojoc Cockers Association will sponsor a three (3) day cockfighting activities on May 2, 3 and 5, 2008 in order to raise funds for their association;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan has found out that it is beneficial and for the entertainment of visitors in the town of Maribojoc and nearby town;

WHEREAS, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled, to approved a three (3) day cockfighting activities sponsored by the Maribojoc Cockers Circle Management on May 2, 3, and 5, 2008, hackfight and a three cock derby at the San Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol;

BE IT RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be furnished, Hon. Leoncio B. Rvasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol and the Management of the Maribojoc, Bohol Cocker’s Circle, san Vicente, Maribojoc, Bohol.
