RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURAL OFFICER TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THE PERFORMANCE RATING OF THE ASSIGNED DA WORKERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Local Government Code of 1991 provides a decentralization scheme for the gradual transition of the transfer of power and authority from national to local government of some national government agencies;

WHEREAS, the local government units are mandated to devise its own perspective of organizational pattern which reflects the line or relationship among the different department heads;

WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture is one of the National agencies to be devolved in the local government of Maribojoc, Bohol starting this fiscal year 1992;

WHEREAS, there is an existing vacancy of position for Municipal Agricultural Officer which was vacated by the former MAO Mr. Jose Echavez by virtue of retirement;

WHEREAS, the local chief executive of Maribojoc, Bohol could not determine as to who will replace the vacant item because he has no line of supervision being a national agency;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved, to request Dr. Antonio Mutia, Provincial Agricultural Officer, City of Tagbilaran to provide the office of the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol a copy of the performance rating of the assigned DA workers in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Provincial Agricultural Officer, Department of Agriculture, City of Tagbilaran and the MGOO, DILG, Maribojoc, Bohol for appropriate action.
