DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 04-2007 OF LAGTANGON, MARIBOJC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE R.A. NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan was Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2007 of Lagtangon, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R. A. 7160;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Barangay Affairs has studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinance of Lagtangon, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committee, the Sangguniang Bayan was in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinance;

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2007 of Barangay Lagtangon, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the Republic Act 7160”

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Lagtangon, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
