RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CLOSURE (9:00 A.M. -2:00 M.N.), ON SEPTEMBER 8 & 14 OF FORINAS ST. AND REDULLA ST. AS VENUE OF ENTERTAINMENT ON THE OCCASION OF THE FIESTA OF EXALTACION ASSOCIATION, POBLACION, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, Exaltacion Association celebrates her annual chapel fiesta on September 5 & 14, 2007;

WHEREAS, for more enjoyment of the celebration some ways of entertainment are line up by the association;

WHEREAS, a Talent Night by the candidates of “Little Miss Maribojoc 2007” is set on the evening of September 8, 2007 at the façade of Exlatacion Chapel which is a portion of Forinas St. and Redulla St.;

WHEREAS, “Pista sa Sitio” by Exaltacion residents is also set on the evening of September 14, 2007 at the same venue;

WHEREAS, the above-mentioned activities need stage/venue preparations in the afternoon of the specified days

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“Authorizing the temporary traffic closure (9:00 A.M.-12:00 M.N.) of Forinas St. and Redulla St. as Venue of Entertainment on the occasion of the Fiesta of Exaltacion Association, Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol”

BE IT RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be furnished the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, SPO3 Jose Arocha, OIC-Chief of Police, Maribojoc, Bohol for their information and implementation.

Unanimously adopted.
