RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO CONDUCT DOG ANTI-RABIES VACCINATION FOR THE TWO BARANAGAYS OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, it is a program of the Department of Agriculture thru the Bureau of Animal Industry, Manila to protect our dogs, cat from rabies, anti-rabies is needed;

WHEREAS, it is proper to conduct anti-rabies vaccination in the twenty two barangays in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, every household in the barangay with dogs/cats should be acquired to let their pet animals vaccinated with anti-rabies vaccine;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Captains and Barangay Officials should inform household member to participate in this program and bring their dogs/cats to the Barangay Hall for vaccination purpose;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request the Department of Agriculture to allot 330 vials of anti-rabies vaccines good for 3,300 dogs/cats for their vaccination program.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the DA, Tagbilaran, Cit; the Regional Director, DA-Regional Office, Cebu City; and the Municipal Health Officer; Municipal Agriculture Officer and the ABC President, Maribojoc, Bohol for information and guidance and approval of this request.
