RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. LEONCIO B. EVASCO, JR., MUNICIPAL MAYOR, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE BUREAU OF FISHERIES AND AQUATIC RESOURCES (BFAR) REGION 7, CEBU CITY REPRESENTED BY OIC-REGIONAL DIRECTOR, MR. ANDRES M. BOJOS AND THE ABATAN LINCOD MANGROVE GROWERS ORGANIZATION (ALIMANGO) THRU THE PRESIDENT, MR. SAMUEL GULAYAN FOR A BANGUS FISH PER PROJECT AND OYSTER CULTURE AT LINCOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

WHEREAS, ALIMANGO is a bonafide fisherfolk organization of the coastal barnagay of Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, ALIMANGO adopts the GMA-Fisheries Program on livelihood assistance to uplift the socio-economic conditions of the coastal fisherfolks;

WHEREAS, ALIMANGO thru its president, Mr. Samuel Gulayan, coordinates with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region 7 and the Local Government Unit of Maribojoc to operate a Bangus Fish Pen Project and Oyster Culture at Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session assembled;

BE IT RESOLVED, to authorize Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region 7 Cebu, represented by the OIC-Regional Director, Mr. Andres M. Bojos and the Abatan-Lincod Mangrove Growers Organization (ALIMANGO) thru the President, Mr. Samuel Gulayan for a Bangus Fish Pen Project and Oyster Culture at LIncod, Maribojoc, Bohol.;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to Municipal Mayor, Leoncio B. Evasco, Maribojoc, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region 7, Cebu City, represented by the OIC-Regional Director, Mr. Andres M. Bojos and the Abatan-Lincod Mangrove Growers Organization (ALIMANGO) thru the President, Mr. Samuel Gulayan for a Bangus Fish Pen Porject and Oyster at Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol for guidance and information
